Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Basics collection items (due to their intimate nature)
  • BB Conscious sustainable line final sale items
  • Coming Soon pre-order items marked as final sale
  • Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Please note that our Back In Stock items are eligible for returns unless otherwise specified.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

International Returns
